How to configure your email accounts

1. In the User Account field, type in postmaster
2. In the Domain Name, type in your domain name, e.g. abc.com
3. In the Password field, type in the password which is given to you through fax or email.
4. Click Login

From the main menu, click New Email Accounts under Quick Links

1. In the Email Account, type in the recipient name, e.g. info
2. In the Password field, type in the password. Retype it in Password(again).
3. In the Real name field, type in the real name of this account, e.g. Information request.
4. Click Add
5. See appendix A for how to setup your email program, e.g. Outlook Express to receive email.
1. Besides receive email, you can also set the email to forward to ¡§external¡¨ addresses. From the main menu, click New forwards

2. In the Forward Email Address field, type in the email address you would like to forward to
3. In the Local Name field, type in name of the account in your domain that you would like to forward
1. You can also set up more fake email address to point to a real email account.

In the Email Account
field, choose the real account that will receive email
4. In the Alias field, type in the alias account

2. Find your email account, click on the bullet under Modify user

To change password, type your new password in the field New password and Password(again)
4. To enable vacation, click on the Enable Vacation checkbox
5. In the Vacation Subject field, type in the subject that you would like in your auto reply email and in the Vacation Message field, type in the vacation message.
1. Open Outlook Express, In the Tools menu, choose Accounts
2. Click to Mail Tab

Click Add and then choose Mail¡K
4. In the Display Name, type in your name, click next

In the E-mail address field, type in your email address, e.g. john@abc.com

In the incoming mail server, type in pop3.your-domain-name.com,
e.g. pop3.abc.com
7. In the outgoing mail server, type in the SMTP server your ISP gave you, refer to your ISP document for such setting.

In the account name, type in your email address again, e.g. john@abc.com
9. In the password field, type in the password you have set up for that user.
10. Click next and then click finished.
